Please Note

Only products purchased directly from the True Essence website are eligible for replacements, cancellations, or refunds.

For items purchased through other e-commerce platforms or retail partners, please contact the respective platform directly for their return policy and assistance.

Deliveries

Delivery Timelines
At True Essence, our standard delivery time is 6–8 business days. However, delivery may vary depending on location, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may be applicable as per True Essence policy.

For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional fee of ₹49 will be charged.

Order Processing

Orders placed on Sundays, Public Holidays, or Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once the order is placed, True Essence processes it within 24–48 hours.

Fake Deliveries

If your order from True Essence is marked as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 2 days of the delivery date.

Kindly provide your Order ID and your registered mobile number for quick assistance.

Offer Application

At True Essence, only one promotional offer can be applied per order to ensure you get the best benefit.
