Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timelines

Our standard delivery time is 6–8 business days.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather or regional restrictions.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may be applicable based on your order value and delivery location, as per True Essence policy.

For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional fee of ₹49 will be charged.

Serviceable Locations

We aim to deliver across most locations in India.
However, if your area is not serviceable by our courier partners, your order may be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

Delivery Issues

If your order is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact True Essence within 2 days of the delivery date.
